*Our HW checks are done on a weekly basis

*Check mailbox, if not forwarded

*Turn main water on if required then turn off after checking plumbing

*Flush all toilets / Run water in all sinks

*Start Car / Golf cart if needed to ensure no dead batteries

*Check fridge and freezer for perishables, temp, freezing or icing over

*Start dishwasher (1st week of every month)

*Check ceilings, walls, floors, under sinks, and windows for leaks / stains

*Check A/C unit

*Check Garage / Garage door (to make sure door is working properly)

*Check breaker panel

*Check all Trees on property to make sure they don’t need to be cut & the outside of your home is HURRICANE ready!!!!

* Check hot water heater (HWH) for rusting, leaks, vacation mode

*Check air handler(s) in garage to ensure no leaks

*Check plants for dry spots, pest problems

*Check windows inside & outside for breakage

*Check pool for level, color and debris

*Check grass outside to make sure it's being cut / weeds pulled

*Check Fire/ Smoke detectors (if beeping will change battery)

*Check front door for packages / notes

*Report Landscape/ Pool issues back to the home owner

*For an Extra Charge, we do offer weed control for Lanai / Patios &

Driveway areas with paver stones.
